Should We Not Offer Janazah Of Someone Who Did Not Pray? There is no hadith that explicitly states that a janazah should not be prayed over someone who did not pray. This question usually arises because of the hadith that the difference between a believer and a disbeliever is the abandonment of Salaah.

If we witness someone leaving Salaah entirely the last thing we should do is judge and point fingers. Rather, we should advise, assist and encourage them to pray.
