Discover The Best Way to Engage with a potential customer on Facebook

Discover The Best Way to Engage with a potential customer on Facebook Who do you recommend for Flooring? Is the question often asked on Facebook. Why? Why are they asking on Facebook rather than simply looking it up on Google and searching reviews?
It's because they want a recommendation from another human being. They are the type of people who want to be engaged with but not sold.
Most of the responses are people trying to 'get an appointment' or they want to convince the person that they are good, reliable, or cheap.
When what they should be doing is simply asking 1 question.
That 1 question you ask depends on what they say they are looking for.
Example: Who do you recommend for carpet? OK I know she's looking for carpet so I may ask. "What rooms are you thinking of doing right now?"
Or if she asks, "I'm selling the home and I need to change the carpet. Who do you recommend?" I would ask the question, Have you heard about The Home Seller Dream Program? (this is a program created to help people sell their home faster for more money) I wouldn't tell her about the program. I would instead ask her if she heard of it.
Her answer No, what's that.
Walla I am now engaged in a real life conversation.
Your number 1 goal when working with a customer in a digital engagement is to Start a Conversation.
If you can't get a response or conversation you won't get anywhere.
