Double Decker Tacos( 2 different versions)

Double Decker Tacos( 2 different versions) Double Decker Tacos(Refried Bean Style Layer)
For the filling:
2 lb. ground beef
4 tablespoons of taco seasoning
about 1 cup of water

For the assembly:
flour tortillas
refried beans
hardshell corn tortillas
Toppings:
shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato ,green onion, sour cream, hot sauce, chopped cilantro or any other toppings you would like!

Heat a skillet over medium–high heat. Add raw ground beef and cook, stirring constantly until starting to brown. Continue to cook the ground beef till done and brown and no longer pink at all now, if it puts out a lot of grease you may need to drain it. After it all done and brown add taco seasoning and water turn the heat down to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Spread warm refried beans onto flour tortilla and wrap it around a hardshell tortilla.
Fill with meat, and add your toppings and serve!

nacho cheese sauce(i use the can version)
hardshell corn tortillas
