RTO पर मामला दर्ज़, गाड़ी कहीं चालान कहीं | RTO NEWS | V-603 |

Once again a case of Wrong and Discretionary Challans. But this time the concerned DTO is being cornered legally by an aware viewer of TRANSPORT TV. Today's Ground Report is of a well-aware and daring viewer of TransportTV Mohan Ram who is a resident of Nagaur, Rajasthan. When he went to Nagaur's RTO for paying tax, he found his vehicle in the blacklist. Further, RTO asked him to pay the pending challan of his vehicle. Mohan found that DTO Sujangarh challaned his vehicle while it was in Gujarat. Being a well-organized transporter, Mohan put forward all the documents like toll slips as a piece of evidence in the court. Along with the cancellation of the irrelevant challan, Mohan also managed to get an enquiry marked against the DTO Sujangarh. Watch the video to know more:

एक बार फिर DTO नें ऐसी गाडी का चालान काट दिया जो वहा थी ही नहीं! आज की ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट ट्रांसपोर्ट टीवी के एक जागरूक और साहसी व्यूअर की है। मोहन राम राजस्थान, नागौर के निवासी हैं। जब मोहन अपनी गाडी का टैक्स जमा करने नागौर के RTO के पास पहुँचे तो उनकी गाडी उन्हें ब्लैक लिस्ट में बताई गई, और उन्हें पेंडिंग चालान भरने को कहा गया। उनकी गाडी का चालान सुजानगढ़ के DTO नें काटा था, पर असल में तब उनकी गाडी गुजरात में थी। मोहन सिंह नें तमाम सबूत कोर्ट में सामने रखें और अपना चालान कैंसिल करने के साथ-साथ DTO पर भी जांच बिठाने में सफल रहे। अधिक जानकारी के लिए वीडियो देखें।
