Soul and Elegance 2020 Honoree: Dorothy 'Polka Dot' G. Chow Quock

We were proud to acknowledge Authentic Voices at Soul & Elegance 2020. One of our honorees included Dorothy "Polka Dot" G. Chow Quock, an alumni of Cameron House's youth programs and seasoned tour guide of San Francisco Chinatown, who received the Donaldina Cameron Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership.
