[Weather] Better air quality in afternoon, chillier Monday

Good afternoon. Hope you dressed up a bit warmer, we'll be seeing slightly chillier conditions today with readings 2 to 5 degrees lower than yesterday. It will also feel slightly colder than the actual temperature readings.
Central and western parts of the country have been seeing high levels of fine dust since early this morning but the air quality should improve in the afternoon.
Taking a closer look at today's highs... top temperatures will range between 8 to 13 degrees Celsius. Expect bright skies for most regions throughout the day, but the east coast could see light showers from this afternoon and into tonight.
After a mix of snow and rain in the capital on Wednesday, morning lows will drop below freezing at the end of the work week.
