Texas Statute says, 'Search Warrants,' are not for Public Viewing in Comal County. But the District Clerk couldn't find that statute. Heather Kellar simply remembered the statute, then passed it on to Shawna who told me the statute exists. What is the statute that says the public is not allowed to look at "Search Warrants"? #copcam
