Three Kings is a full fledged comedy story of three cousins who detest each other and their expedition to find a lost treasure. Indrajith, Jayasurya and Kunchako Boban born in a royal family as cousins on the same day love to make each other's life a hell. Sandhya, Samvrutha Sunil and Ann Augustine play their female counterparts and Jagathy Sreekumar is their father. The parents of three cousins had borrowed money from Jagathy Sreekumar who had given the money on lease of their palace. The debts go overboard and they try all means to retain the palace. At one point they go on a treasure hunt along with the girls. The rest of the narration is about the treasure hunt and its aftermath.
