How to embellish a Dia de los Muertos Canvas Print

I received an order from my Etsy shop for this 24”x36” canvas print. I have to order it from my manufacturer but before it ships is inspect it, embellish it, and sign it.

I use heavy bodied acrylic paints to add more saturation to the colors and texture. I try to stick to the contrasting colors to add more depth rather than try to repaint the whole thing. Don’t skimp on the paint load up your brush to get nice thick heavy lines. The more texture the better it will make it look like an original and bring more value to the print.
